White Wines |
| Chilean Semillon Chardonnay (13%) These two grape varieties are blended to offer the rounder spicy notes of Semillon and the buttery honey flavours of Chardonnay. Serve chilled as an aperiftif or to accompany fish and white meats. |
| South African Chenin Blanc (13.5%) Steen, as it is known in South Africa, is the Capes staple white grape. Full of tropical fruit flavours, dry, and well balanced with an elegant aroma and refreshing acidity. Best drunk chilled with any white meat or fish, or just on its own. |
| French Dry Vin de Pays (11%) A dry white wine from the Landoque/Roussillon area. Traditional, easy drinking, crisp and fresh white wine. Serve chilled, this wine also makes an excellent aperitif. |
| French Medium Vin de Pays (11%) A crisp fresh medium-dry white wine. Served chilled to accompany any meal or enjoy it on its own. |
| Liebfraumilch.Qba. (9.5%) This wine is blended from the Riesling, Silvaner or Muller-Thurgau grape. It can be enjoyed at any time, served chilled. |
| Red Wines |
| South African Cinsaut Ruby Cabernet (13.5%) A nice blend of Cincaut and Ruby Cabernet to produce a full flavoured but light South African quality red wine. Soft and easy drinking. |
| French Vin de Pays D'Oc - Merlot (12%) A soft and fragrant wine with a light spicy character from the South-East Mediterranean region of France. Easy to drink on its own as well as with food. |
